On the GameLab website , I wanted to give students a place of their own. It seemed fun to have profile pictures with a game-like appearance. But how do you do that? Fortunately, one of the students had the answer: Stable Diffusion is the ideal tool.
It was not easy to install; read here how we did it. But now everything is running, it is fun to experiment. CivitAI offers various downloadable models that make it easier to create particular styles. A website such as PromptHero helps with creating prompts, so you do not have to start from scratch and know what works and what does not.
We have achieved our goal for GameLab: there is now an attractive page showing all students in cyberpunk style. But this is really only the beginning. The lab now also has AI computing power at its disposal.
Innovative Development students will continue experimenting with Stable Diffusion. How could we generate game assets, for example? There is still plenty to discover with Stable Diffusion.
